South Colchester - Two bed two house - decent investment potential
Temme English have just put this two bed town house on the market over the weekend, just off Abbott's Road .. ( link here www.zoopla.co.uk/for-sale/details/35873199 ) and I think this will make a great buy to let investment. Ok, you could buy in a much nicer area, but the demand is always here for this area and yields pretty decent. Make my words, I dont think this will be on the market long!
