New Town quarter of Colchester - BUY TO LET cracking deal

Our friends at Connells put this little beauty on the market a couple of days ago for a very reasonable £140,000. Not bad considering the condition.

Will always sell well and let well.

If you want a safe bet, this needs serious consideration Colchester landlords.

Decent yield and decent capital growth in my humble opinion
