Highwoods BUY TO LET deal of the weekend 5.28% yield!

Our friends at David Martin Estate Agents put this one bed town house on the market at £128,995 and has a tenant paying £550 per month yesterday.

If you could buy it for £125,000, a decent yield of 5.28% per year!

Half decent capital growth potential going on past experience.

I have a good feeling about this one, I don't think it wont be on the market long.
