The Colchester Property Blog

This blog follows the buy-to-let and property market in Colchester. You'll find tips, guidance and analysis that relates specifically to Colchester and also properties from all the sales agents in the town on here,that may possibly make good investments. I have always shared my thoughts on the local property market in Colchester with my landlords, but now I want to share with everyone in the town.

I like to look at the whole of market and give you, what I consider the best investment opportunities, irrespective of which agent it is on the market with.
